We got these blocks because our 4 month old LOVES the mobile of the same design. But her young hands cannot grip these yet and they are too big. I was hoping for smaller blocks that are softer with something her hands could grasp. She also can’t really get any corner of these into her mouth, which she is very interested in because she is teething. As such, tho she stares at and talks to the mobile designs of the same over and over with glee, she has no interest in these blocks.

Our 5-week old has just started to amuse herself, now that she can see and is starting to figure out her hands. I’ve put these blocks into her downstairs crib and she seems fascinated by them – she stares at them, grabs for them, pushes them around and gurgles to herself, and I’m pleased she’s enjoying them. It’s not easy to find good toys for this age, but these seem to be a hit so far.
